Why Say "I do"...

One might start to ponder about the act of saying, "I do".
The figures that usually come to mind when thinking of the words "I do", are a husband and a wife, standing before a church confessing their individual plans to love one another.

At the beginning or ending of their plans they most often say, "I do" a means of signing off to the love they have confessed to one another.

Does anyone ever ask what "I do"actually means in relation to other relationships.
Lets take for example a relationship with Christ or the relationship you are keeping with yourself.

May I ask, how you are treasuring those relationships and have you actually kept the idea behind the "I do"?

Did you in fact know that the relationship with self and christ are the same. One can not be separated from another. "What is she saying," you ask?

What I'm saying is that the divine within "You" is Christ. The divine is therefore who "You" are. It may sound as if there are two individual You's, but their isn't.

You ever notice that when you are upset or angry you say something like " I don't know what has gotten into me, I just became another person." This other person you are speaking of is your false personality. The divine You, is actually the person that smiles at the circumstances or challenges of life and considers them menial. You might have said well, "there was another individual present in this sentence. The individual that came out when upset. " If you asked this question, then you are on the path of realizing TRUTH, for what it really is.

This other person presented here is actually what I'm choosing to call the false self, or the ego. I'm choosing to call this the false self because it only comes out at during certain situations. The fact that its appearence is timely means that it is not real. The essence of the real "You", is who you are; it therefore does not need circumstance or situation to appear. It just who "You" are.

You ever notice a mother get so angry at her children and then turn around in the same instance and smile and while saying, "I don't know what I would do without them". This mother in this moment is displaying the divine presence, that she is. The question is finding out what creates those instances that cause the divine "You" to come forth and how to allow those instances to become our present reality.

A wonderful way to manifest or see this divine "You" is by first acknowledging that the divine "You" exists. Think about it if you don't believe something exists how could that thing appear real to you.

Another wonderful concept that can be applied to seeing the divine "You" in manifestation is to simply get to know the divine "You". Logically, how can you identify with something you know nothing about.

Lastly, another wonderful tool to actualizing the divine "You" is to create avenues that enable the Christ personality or consciousness to come forth. For example, if there is someone that you have not forgiven or feel as if you can not forgive. The suggestion would be to create an atmosphere of forgiveness where you literally practice forgiving this person. To create this atmosphere you would:

would bring this person to your mind and allow the heart of forgiveness to pour into this atmosphere you have created, by consciously choosing to say or think words like " I love you (name of person)," " I see who you really are (name of person), I see the Christ in you arising (name of person)." " (name of person) I love the Christ in you, for it is my reality of you." " ( name of person), I now cause for every illusive strong hold in your life to be broken."

note: At the end of each of these affirmations, make sure to thank God and believe you have caused great influence on this planet because you have began with yourself.

You are what love is truly made of. The Christ personality or consciousness that you are is in fact is love. Love can not be anything else but what it is: Love. Therefore, if at any point in time you forget who "You" are in a time of illusive ciaos; remember one thing "You can only be who "You" really are, LOVE.

Saying, "I do" simply means that you are committed to the release of the "YOU", that has been itching to appear permanently for so long.
I now ask you the question you've been waiting for, will you say " I do" to your true identity today?

Peace and Blessings,
